30-day satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be confident in your order. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at admin@purepeptidess.com with your order number and we'll put it right.

Eligibility for return

  • Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. For research integrity and safety, opened vials cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.

How to start a return

  1. Email admin@purepeptidess.com with your order number and reason.
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions (and a return label where applicable).
  3. Once received and inspected, we process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
